We operate as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, guides, transportation companies, restaurants, and local tour operators.
2. Use of This Website
By accessing this Site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s functionality
- Use the Site to make fraudulent or speculative bookings
- Reproduce or distribute Site content without written permission

3. Travel Bookings & Payments
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Completion of the registration form
- Payment of the required deposit
- Receipt of a written confirmation from Sacred Travel Paths
3.2 Deposits & Payment Schedule
Deposit and final payment requirements vary by tour and will be stated in the program documents.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
3.3 Prices
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on current exchange rates, hotel availability, airline conditions, and local costs. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to:
- Significant currency fluctuations
- Supplier changes
- Government taxes or fuel surcharges
No changes will be made after final payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellations by Participant
Cancellation penalties depend on the specific tour’s terms and will be clearly outlined in the tour brochure or registration form.
Administrative fees, non-refundable deposits, and supplier penalties may apply.
4.2 Cancellations by Sacred Travel Paths
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:
- Insufficient participation
- Safety or security concerns
- Supplier failure
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
If a tour is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund of payments made to Sacred Travel Paths. This does not include personal expenses such as airfare not booked through us.
4.3 No Refund for Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed tours
- Early departures
- Unused hotel nights
- Meals or services voluntarily declined
5. Travel Documents
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
- Valid passport (at least 6 months remaining)
- Required visas
- Health documentation (if applicable)
Sacred Travel Paths is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
6. Responsibility & Liability
6.1 Role as an Intermediary
Sacred Travel Paths arranges services through third-party providers including:
- Hotels
- Airlines
- Transport companies
- Local operators
- Guides
- Restaurants
We are not responsible for:
- Injury, illness, accidents
- Loss or damage to property
- Delays or changes caused by third-party suppliers
- Acts of nature, strikes, political disturbances, or government actions
6.2 Participant Responsibility
Participants are expected to:
- Follow local laws and instructions from guides
- Behave respectfully toward group members
- Be physically capable of participating in the itinerary
- Secure adequate travel insurance
We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves or the group.
7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including:
- Trip cancellation & interruption
- Medical & emergency coverage
- Lost baggage
- Travel delays
Participants assume full responsibility for declining insurance.
8. Health & Safety
Some tours require walking, stairs, uneven terrain, and extended periods of activity.
Participants are responsible for evaluating their own fitness level and consulting a physician if needed.
We comply with all local safety regulations but cannot guarantee conditions beyond our control.
9. Photography & Media Consent
By participating in a Sacred Travel Paths tour, you consent to the use of photographs and video taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before the tour begins.
10. Website Content & Accuracy
We strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, but errors may occur.
We do not guarantee that:
- All information is complete or current
- All services are available at all times
We reserve the right to update content without notice.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is used only for:
- Travel planning
- Bookings
- Legal requirements
- Communication regarding your tour
We never sell or share personal data outside of essential travel partners.

13. Conditions and Responsibility
Sacred Travel Paths (STP) provides customized travel planning throughout the world for group travelers who have a variety of reasons and goals for travel. The goals and/or opinions of these groups do not reflect or imply the position of STP in any matter. Brochure contents may not be duplicated without permission from STP. In offering these travel arrangements, Sacred Travel Paths (STP) acts solely as an agent for the sale of air transportation and other travel-related services. STP maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of any entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations. STP assumes no responsibility or liability for, and shall not be expected, asked, or required to pay for any injury, damage, expense, personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, or any other loss experienced by reason of: Any intentional, wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any supplier, its agents, or employees. Any defect, breakdown, or other failure of any vehicle, equipment, service, product, or other instrumentality which is owned, operated, or otherwise used by a supplier. Any intentional, wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other party not under the direct control of STP. Financial problems causing nonperformance by any supplier. Any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the direct control of STP. STP cannot guarantee any rates, bookings, or reservations of any supplier. Your retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the foregoing provisions. All prices quoted are subject to change if airlines or ground operators increase their prices, the U.S. dollar is devalued significantly against foreign currencies, the group falls below minimum numbers, or a fuel surcharge, government tax, or user’s fee is imposed. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times. STP reserves the right to withdraw from any tour any tour member whose conduct is incompatible with the interests of the group as a whole. The above Conditions and Responsibility also cover the group leader(s) and their respective organizations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Israel unless otherwise stated.
Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts located in Jerusalem.
