Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Departure for Jordan
Embark on your journey to Jordan. Board your flight with anticipation, ready to explore the historical and spiritual landmarks of this remarkable country. Relax during your flight and prepare for the adventures that lie ahead.
Day 2: Arrival in Amman
Arrive at Amman Airport, where our representative will greet you and assist with visa procedures and luggage identification. Meet your driver at the arrival hall and transfer to your hotel in Amman. Check in and settle down for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Amman City Tour and Desert Castles
After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Amman. Visit the Citadel, the Roman Theater, the Archaeological Museum, and the King Abdullah Mosque. In the afternoon, journey to the Desert Castles, which showcase the Islamic civilization of the Umayyad Dynasty. Explore Qasr Amra, Qasr Azraq, and Qasr Al Kheraneh before returning to Amman for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Jerash and Umm Qais
Following breakfast, drive to the ancient Roman city of Jerash. Explore the Maximus Cardo, the colonnaded street flanked by temples, churches, theaters, and mosaics. Continue to Umm Qais, an important Decapolis city where Christ performed the Miracle of the Gadarene Swine. Wander through the unique black basalt structures and enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Tiberias (Sea of Galilee). Return to Amman for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Kerak
After breakfast, depart for Madaba, famous for its churches and the mosaic map flooring in the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Continue to Mount Nebo, the memorial of Moses, offering captivating views of the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, River Jordan, and the Holy Land. Visit the magnificent Crusader fortress of Kerak before ending the day in Petra. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Petra.
Day 6: Full Day in Petra
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before dedicating the entire day to exploring Petra, the Rose Red City. Visit main sites including the Siq, Khazneh (Treasury), Street of Facades, Court House, and Amphitheater. If time permits, explore the High Place of Sacrifice and the Monastery. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Petra.
Day 7: Wadi Rum and Aqaba
After breakfast, depart for Wadi Rum and embark on a 2-hour jeep tour inside the desert. Witness the stunning landscapes and the unique rock formations. After the tour, drive to Aqaba city for a free afternoon to relax or explore. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Aqaba.
Day 8: Return Home
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out, and transfer to the airport for your departure flight, carrying with you cherished memories of your journey through Jordan’s historical and spiritual landmarks.
